Susan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). In addition to adult yoga, she is certified in Childrens Yoga, and has a BA in Psychology. Susan finds yoga & mindfulness practices enhance our compassion, confidence and creativity. She’s passionate about the benefits of these transformative practices. And, she feels they deepen both internal and external strength as well as promote inner ease, giving us clarity to share authentically. She’s grateful to share her love of yoga. Susan lives in Northern California with her husband and two children.
