Join me for Kids and/or Tween Summer Yoga Camps this summer at Soul Yoga & Wellness! Click for info & sign ups. 

Class Descriptions 
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa approach of breath with movement, and creating ease within challenge. Expect to strengthen, lengthen & sweat!
Gentle Flow: focus on movement & breath, body awareness, and building flexibility & strength. Wonderful way to center & renew! 
Kids Pretzels classes (ages 4 - 10) playfully teaches yoga skills via imaginative stories, meditation, and breathing exercises.
 
Tween & early Teen: (ages 9 - 15) creatively explore how Asanas, Meditation and Yogic approaches to life can deepen our connection to a strong & stable base within. Empowers tweens to learn about themselves as they navigate the transition from child to adult. 
Family Yoga Classes:  Family Yoga is a joyful & mindful way to add quality time with your loved ones while exploring the benefits of yoga together!
This approach to yoga is experienced in an imaginative and playful way through the adventure of story.  Expect to connect, laugh, move mindfully and relax with your family in a welcoming environment. Family yoga is for all ages & levels.
